Facilities support advanced systems for ventilation, air distribution, heating, cooling, and humidification—key elements for maintaining uniform and stable conditions throughout all phases of the cycle.

During the design phase, the nest area is integrated consistently with the house ventilation system to avoid dead zones or air stagnation.

Around 17–19 weeks of age, pullets are transferred to the laying house. With proper adaptation to the environment (nests, perches, feeders, drinkers), they begin laying at an increasing rate until reaching peak production. Under optimal conditions, a selected laying hen can produce around 320–340 eggs per year, depending on genetic strain and management.
