Once pigs leave the weaning department, they have a more developed physical structure and a greater ability to adapt to environmental and feeding changes. However, as in every farming phase, changes can still generate moments of stress, which must be managed through appropriate design solutions. For this reason, in the growing and finishing departments, Rota Guido design adopts solutions capable of supporting the animal’s development throughout the whole cycle. In around 180 days, the pig goes from 30 to over 170 kg, passing through more than one season: in this context, attention to design detail becomes crucial in ensuring high production performance.
