Productive goats and sheep rest in group pens with deep bedding made of straw or wood shavings, ensuring comfort and hygiene. These are shared spaces that reduce stress and respect the social nature of the species, where each animal requires approximately 0.8–1 m².

Young animals are raised in group housing with deep bedding kept dry to protect them from cold and humidity. Space requirements range from 0.5 m² per head in the early stages to 0.8 m² for animals close to production. The separation of functional areas and group living promote hygiene, adaptation, and proper behavioral development.
