2. Loading of the solid fraction with special "Vielfrass";
The system loads every type of product avoiding any block, through a system of three screws, of which two are mixing screws and a big volumetric screw.
The storage container contains great quantities of product that is automatically taken by the system and recalled inside the primary digestor.

Allows the loading of the liquid fractions from various origins with dry matter content up to 10% by fixing the volume and times during the moments of the day, so to avoid thermal leaps to the bacterial flora.

9. Gas lines and safety valves;
Collection and feed gas lines from the digestors to the cogenerators that, equipped with their safety valves, filters and gate valves, grant the correct balancing and the correct feed to the engines.
10. Inspecting glasses with light;
They allow the full and necessary visual control for the direct inspection of the level of mass, formation of foams or hair on the surface, the correct mixing and the formation of fermenting bubbles from the gas production.

14 Final separation treatments and potential nitrogen reduction;
Treatments to be carried out on the digested effluent to help its management in case of nitrogen excess compared to the surface of distribution, systems of nitrogen reductions can be adopted in order to remain i the legal parameters.
In particular, they are separation, flotation, nitro-denitro and stripping systems, depending on the necessary level of reduction.
These plants must be balanced according the specific needs of each farm or group of farms, to optimize the productivity and grant economical sustainability.
As previously reminded, biogas cannot be released in the air as it is a carbon gas much more dangerous than carbon dioxide. When it is impossible to use biogas, it has to be burned in flare.
