This situation usually takes place in winter, within delivery and weaning sectors, and sometimes even in the gestation ones, as a consequence of the low concentration of animals. Among the different heating systems, the most widespread one is based upon the centralized production of warm water and the arrangement of radiators or fan heaters in every room, so as to adjust the heat supply independently in every single area. It should be noted the use of finned tubes or aluminium alloy Delta tubes that guarantee cleanliness, an easy installation and use flexibility as they can be used either for pre-heating the air within passages, or directly within the single rooms, where they transmit heat both by convection and by irradiation. Natural gas or LPG heating devices are also available. They do not need any air intake, and they guarantee a good return, without heat losses and at relatively moderate costs.
