The manure removal plants from the shelter assure the possibility of removing the manure in the passages or in the ditches totally and frequently, without any dilution and with the lest possible labour.

Closed-circuit chain belts for fixed stable, for riding grounds or also for the collecting and the formation of the heap on the floor, the strawy manure in free stables, with use of straw and production of dung.
Revolving forklifts loaded by alternated belts and thrust unit in oil bath.
Horizontal presses for the removal of the manure from the stable and the formation of the heap on the floor. Suitable for both fixed and free stables.

The chain scrapers can be used for the cleaning of the feeding and sliding passages between the beds and the external paddocks. They consist of an engine block, four idler wheels and a closed-circuit chain that usually operates the two scraping shovels.
The rigid rod scrapers consist of a draw bar operated with a constant reciprocating motion by an oleodynamic cylinder and station. The scraping unit can have straight, tipping or butterfly shovels, applied onto the central draw body by means of a coupling system on the powered rods and automatic reversal.

The alternated mechanical head belt conveys the manure coming out of the stable to the collection tank through a 70-cm ditch. It consists of a rigid rod with steel stakes and blades operated by an oleodynamic unit.
The recirculation under the split floor allows to pump away the suitably treated sewage from the stable to the next treatments or directly to the storage.
The Flushing system allows to remove the manure from the passages (that shall be sloping). The previously treated sewage is flushed and recycled by storing it after a separation treatment.

This solution is particularly interesting for the prewash of the waiting-milking areas.
