In the piggeries, besides the important feeding role of the water, it is necessary to consider the crucial role of its correct supply in the waste control and consequently in the volume of the produced sewage that contributes to define the environmental impact of the farming.
Possible solutions for the watering:
SUCKER DRINKING-TROUGH: it is certainly the most common trough, with its different typologies and size. It is available with 3/8” – 1/2" – 3/4" fittings, provided with the relevant clutches that can be fixed or adjustable in height. |

CUP DRINKING-TROUGH: it has been conceived to reduce waste, to assure an easy watering and good health conditions. For that reason, the cup has a moderate size and, in some models, it is protected by a flap that prevents the defecation.
NO-WASTE DISPENSERS: by means of this system the sewage is limited to the quantity actually produced by the animals. For that reason, they collect the watering waste, they pipe it outside through a special network to the drainage as “storm water”.

DOSATRON: it is a medicine dispenser, necessary to assure an accurate and safe dosing in the drinking water. Assembled in the water pipe with special by-pass, it measures out the product in the animals’ water. |
