Fundamentally, cattlesheds are divided into fixed stabling cattlesheds and free stabling cattlesheds. The equipment for the fixed stabling cattlesheds are referable to the stalls that can be short or long.
“OLANDA”- AND “AMERICA”-TYPE SHORT STALLS
The “America” stall is a special development of the short stall, normally used in case of sheds where cattle can pasture. It allows the contemporaneous release and capture of many animals.
